Our tips to enjoy your fishing
- Since the pond contains zebra mussels and crayfish, we recommend a large nylon leader and sheathing.
- Avoid using a 30/100 line, even if it’s from Japan with a 20 kg breaking strength, because we don’t want any breaks—there is nothing worse for the fish.
- The goal is not to fish far out so as to leave large areas without lines where the carp can find refuge, which also limits the risk of breakage.
- Be patient. Set the stage. And if bream show up, feed them. It will last about 48 hours, but after, theoretically, things should begin to get serious.
- Use heavy lines.
- It’s a good idea to remove your rods for several hours.
- Effective bait: tiger Nuts and spiced pellets.
- Feeding the carp at the carpodrome pond with bread is a lot of fun.
